Not sure what to do next? The step-by-step guide is just below.

Putting it in Gmail

Six steps, about two minutes.

Do this once and every email you send goes out in the new brand.

1

Fill in your details

Name, phone and email are required. The preview on the left updates as you type.

2

Copy it

Click Copy for Gmail. That copies the signature with all its formatting.

3

Open Gmail settings

In Gmail, click the gear icon at the top right, then See all settings.

4

Find Signature

Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature. Click + Create new, give it a name, then Create.

5

Paste

Click inside the empty signature box and press ⌘ V.

6

Save

Under Signature defaults, pick your new signature for new emails and for replies. Then scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.

If something looks wrong

Nothing saved? The Save changes button is right at the bottom of the settings page. It is the step people miss.
Pasted as plain text? Use ⌘ V, not ⌘ ⇧ V. The second one strips the formatting out.
Replacing an old signature? Click into the box, select everything with ⌘ A, then paste over it.
No signature on replies? There are two dropdowns under Signature defaults. Set both.
Photo missing? LinkedIn photo links expire. Come back here, paste a fresh one, and copy again.
On your phone? The Gmail app keeps its own signature and will not pick this one up. This is for Gmail in a browser.
